Due to the nature of our products, including mystery experiences, curated bundles, handmade jewelry, and boutique items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialkcxo@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
